The Kids Parliament organization aims to build a Mega Community for children that will provide a sustainable and programmatic solution by gathering all stakeholders (governments, private and public players) to provide free services to programs seeking to defend human rights, promote equal opportunity and personal development, and deliver worldwide relevant impact.

Megacommunity

We will set up a variety of programs for kids, including:

  • Art program
  • Music program
  • Educational program
  • Entrepreneurship program
  • Exchange program

The objective of the Kids Parliament initiative is to build an international community for children All children who register on-line or are involved in or touched by any of the activities of the initiative can be members of the Mega Community.

The Kids Parliament will be formed out of the Mega Community with members elected on a regional basis. Mega Community decisions will be made by the members of Kids Parliament. Senior members of Kids Parliament (ages 16-18) will serve as senators and can advise on the work of the Parliament.

SERVICES

  • Facilitate communication and connection "child to child"
  • Provide useful information to children all over the world
  • Honor children through the promotion of creative and cultural freedom

Facilitate Communication and Connection "Child to Child"

  • Provide opportunities for young people to establish personal and relational identities with other children all around the world through exchanges of creative and cultural forms of expression and communication.
  • Remove language and other barriers.
  • Promote national and international cooperation and collaboration among young people with a view to contributing to understanding "the world we live in" and envisioning "the world we want."
  • Foster respect and appreciation of the interconnectedness of the natural environment in young people throughout the world with a view to contributing to the preservation, protection and enjoyment of all living things.
  • Honor and support young citizens of the global community in self-directed action projects, enabling them to meet and work together to fulfill their essential role in envisioning and creating the world they want, and working towards the creation of peaceful and sustainable societies.

  • Teach the value of intercultural dialogue and well-being, and provide key values (charity, environment)
  • Set up kid exchange program
  • Foster entrepreneurship
  • Develop programs for the disabled
  • Provide free on-line learning content
  • Provide best practice programs for governments

Mega Community

A safe and secure environment in which children from all over the world can meet and communicate with each other.

Kids' Programs

We will set up a variety of programs for kids. These will include an Arts Program, an Educational Program, a Music Program, an Entrepreneurship Program and an Exchange Program.

Kids' Opinion

By using the Mega Community and Best-In-Class content, we will determine an overall Kids' Opinion on key topics and provide support to make this opinion heard in governments and NGO's.

Kids' Governance

We will do our utmost entrust the Kids Parliament with self-governance via voting and representation.
